We currently ship orders to Canada, the United States and Worldwide.

Shipping Carrier & Methods

All orders are shipped via Chit Chats. Chit Chats partners with different carriers to handle the delivery of your shipments to your customers in Canada and around the world.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Freight Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, dimensions, and FedEx rates.
  • For some oversized or heavy items, there may be an additional surcharge. If this applies, we’ll contact you with the details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA/Worldwide Shipments)

  • Orders shipped to the U.S. and other countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by customs. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
  • The recipient (you) is responsible for these fees, which vary depending on product type and value.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use this to monitor your shipment via Chit Chat’s website.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or seems to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Be sure to retain all packaging and any photos as evidence; this helps us with claims.
  • We will work with Chit Chat’s to investigate and resolve the issue — whether that means reshipment, refund, or another suitable solution.

Changes / Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address, choice of items, or cancel your order, please get in touch before your order has shipped.
  • Once shipped, changes are usually not possible without additional charges or returns.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Some remote or rural areas may require extra shipping fees or longer transit times.
